This world is a mortal which means that one day will come when all present things will be demolished between the sky and earth on the command of Allah and this day is called Judgment Day. At that day, everyone who is doing good deeds will get Paradise and everyone who is doing bad deeds will get Hell.

1: Repenting-

Allah says:

“O son of Adam, so long as you call upon Me (Allah) and ask of Me (Allah), I shall forgive you for what you have done, and I shall not mind. O son of Adam, if your sins reached the clouds of the sky and if you then ask forgiveness of Me (Allah), I will forgive you. O son of Adam were you to come to Me (Allah) with sins nearly as great as the earth and were you then to face Me (Allah), ascribing no partner to Me (Allah), I would bring you forgiveness nearly as great as it.”
 (Hadith Qudsi)

2: Performing Prayer-

Uthman ibn Affan (RA) reported that Allah’s Messenger (Peace Be Upon Him) said:

“When the time for a prescribed Sallah (prayer) comes, if any Muslim performs wudhu (ablution) well and offers his Sallah (prayer) with humility and bowing, it will be an expiation for his past sins, so long as he has not committed a major sin; and this applies to for all times”.     (Muslim)

The Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) stated:

“1 is regarded in prayer so long as one is waiting for the prayer.” (Bukhari)

3: Performing Wudhu-

The Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) stated:

“He who performed wudhu (ablution) well, his sins would come out from his body, even coming out from under his nails.” (Muslim)

4: Performing Hajj and Umrah-

Abdullah ibn Masud (RA) reported that Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) stated:

“Alternate between Hajj and Umrah, for these 2 remove poverty and sins just as the blacksmith’s bellows removes all impurities from metals like iron, gold & silver.
The reward for Hajj Mabrur is nothing short of Heaven.”

  (Tirmidhi & Nasai)

Abu Hurairah (RA) reported that the Messenger of Allah (Peace Be Upon Him) stated:

"The performance of Umrah is an expiation for the sins committed (between it & the previous one).
And the reward of Hajj Mabrur (the one accepted by Allah) is nothing except Heaven".

(Bukhari)
